Information we collect
When you donate, we collect your name, email, phone number, address and (optionally) PAN to process your donation and issue tax receipts. Payments are processed by our payment partners (Razorpay / Cashfree); we never see or store your card or bank details.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar, to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and improve our website. When you donate, we may share a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of your email, phone, name and location, together with the donation amount, with Meta so that we can measure our advertising. Hashed data cannot be read by Meta employees or reversed into the original information.
You can decline non-essential cookies using the cookie banner, and you can opt out of ad personalisation in your Facebook and Google account settings.
